⭐ Today’s Topic // Sustainable vs. Rapid Fat Loss

Don’t be fooled, despite its popularity, rapid fat loss RARELY means successful fat loss

 What do I mean by successful? ?

I’m talking about long-termsustainableeasily-maintainable results – as
opposed to those that only last a month, six months a year … or whatever!

SO strong is my conviction here, that where I hear something like ⬇️

“Oh Luke, my friend’s doing SO well on her new diet …
… she’s lost SO MUCH weight in SUCH a short space of time! 

Alarm bells start to ring IMMEDIATELY! ?⏰

Now, don’t get me wrong, I think it’s AMAZING when anyone takes positive steps to improve their quality of life. And I TOTALLY understand that people wants quick results!

 So, what’s the problem? ?

Let me start with an old Chinese proverb ⬇️


You see, RAPID fat loss almost always means a short-term solution. And a short-term solution is exactly that – it’s short term!

Now, sure, maybe you’ve a special occasion on the horizon – like a holiday or wedding – and a short-term solution is all you want ?️??

However, MOST people want something a little more permanent ?

And therein lies my problem ? YES, Rapid fat loss can yield quick results, but they’re almost ALWAYS short-lived. Why? Because the methods are overly-restrictive, extreme, unenjoyable and, ultimately, unsustainable.

On the other hand, sustainable fat-loss strategies target longterm success. They focus on lifestyle changes, new habit development and holistic-health promotion. Results are slow and steady in comparison, but they LAST.

Why? Because they’re built on moderation and consistency

When it comes to fat loss, think sustainable – NOT rapid

That is, be the TURTLE, not the HARE ?⬇️
