The Best Solution for Overwhelm 🙏🏻

When I was at school, I remember hearing the phrase: “There is only one way to eat an elephant: a bite at a time” 🐘

In other words: the only way to achieve an outcome is to break it down into achievable steps 🦶

Now, as outcomes go, “looking & feeling your best” is pretty massive! 🙈

It’s certainly not the kind of outcome we might expect to achieve in a day, a week, or a month. Clearly, it’s a journey, a process 🚗

I often feel like I’m at “basecamp” looking up at Mt. Everest ⛰️

Perhaps you’ve felt this way too!? 🤷🏻‍♂️

From experience, I know that if I can just GET STARTED

If I can just begin the process of taking small & achievable steps towards the end goal

And, crucially, consistently continue to take those steps

Then, provided I’m patient and I trust the process

Those small steps will take me to BIG outcomes 🔥

I’ll 100% get to where I want to be 💯

And, when I can see things from this perspective, I’m no longer overwhelmed by the size of the task at hand 💪
