Many people start their fat-loss journey with a “goal weight” in mind

They think that, when they hit that magic number, they’ll look & feel amazing

And, genuinely, i hope they do – I hope they feel awesome! 🙏


I wager that that feeling of awesomeness won’t just be about the number on the scales 🙅🏻‍♂️

Taking control of our thoughts & behaviour, acquiring new knowledge, learning new skills, building new habits, and building a new lifestyle

For me, these are the awesome-est things of all 😁

These are the tool that empower us to take control of our goals 🙏

They set us up for success in all areas of life 🏆

Don’t get me wrong, having a “goal weight” is a great place to start

But, by the time you get there, I bet your sense of fulfilment isn’t about what you weigh …

… it’s about how you feel about yourself for what you’ve achieved 👊
