
Don’t get me wrong, if we’re looking for hard data to measure our fat loss, then tracking our daily weight across many weeks & months IS a valuable tool 🤓

Why? 🤔

Because it gives us unambiguous feedback as to whether or not we’re in a calorie deficit – which we know is priority no.1 🔥

HOWEVER …

… if we don’t care about hard data, then please don’t think twice – ditch those scales 🚨 They aren’t a necessity for fat-loss success

You see, perhaps due to a lifetime of social pressure surrounding weight & weight loss, many of us pin WAY too much of our progress – and even our self worth! – on our scale weight 🙈
