Make no mistake, MyFitnessPal is a POWERFUL fat-loss weapon 🔥

EVERY time I work with a new client, within a few weeks of them tracking their calorie intake on MyFitnessPal, they’ve worked through the following stages …

1️⃣ SHOCK
2️⃣ UNDERSTANDING
3️⃣ IN CONTROL

In other words, they immediately realise they were WAY off with their initial estimations regarding their calorie & protein intake ⚖️

They then begin to better understand where they’re at, why they’re there, and – crucially – how to improve

Feel empowered. Feel in control.

Do I expect anyone to stay on MyFitnessPal forever? No, of course not!

But I consider it a vital a stepping stone towards long-term success 👊

I promise you that you’ll be wiser for it 🦉

After all, if we’re not tracking our calorie intake, then we’re just guessing

And guessing means little-to-no control over results 🤷🏻‍♂️
