There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to plan it – it’s about whatever works for YOU

If you want to go bonkers – go bonkers! 🤪🍪🍩🎂

If you want to stick to your calorie budget – stick to your budget ⚖️

If you want to have the odd indulgence here & there – do that! 🔥
