⭐ Today’s Topic // Calorie Quality & Health ⭐ Make no bones about it, when it comes to fat loss, mastering calorie QUANTITY – i.e. managing our calorie budget – is our TOP priority ? ⭐  HOWEVER  ⭐ Would we expect 2,000 calories worth of fresh fish ? & seasonal vegetables ? to have the SAME effect on our body as 2,000 calories of biscuits ? & fizzy drinks?? ? Hmm… probably not, right!? Whilst the QUANTITY of calories might the same, there’s clearly a BIG difference in the QUALITY – since fresh fish  & seasonal vegetables have WAY more health benefits than biscuits & fizzy drinks ? Whilst a calorie deficit, regular strength training & increased protein intake are might be the PRIMARY drivers for fat loss, I’ve often talked about the additional importance of managing our stress levels But exactly HOW does stress impact our ability to burn fat? ?
