… and humans are biologically programmed to crave SUGAR, FAT and SALT – especially if we’re stressed or tired or, for women, during certain times of the month ?
What’s more, since motivation dwindles and willpower is of limited supply, we might well expect to fall head-first into a binge from time to time ?
The key question therefore, is …
… HOW SHOULD WE REACT? ?
If you’re like most people, you’re likely to ⬇️
❌ GIVE UP
❌ WALLOW IN GUILT
❌ STARVE YOURSELF
❌ PUNISH YOURSELF WITH CARDIO
But here’s a couple of things to consider ⬇️
✅ GUILT ISN’T PRODUCTIVE OR NECESSARY
There’s nothing to feel guilty about ? All you did was eat some food!
✅ BEING OVER-RESTRICTIVE CAN LEAD TO “BINGE-STARVE” CYCLES
The best way to break such cycles is NOT to over-restrict
✅ PUNISHING YOURSELF WITH CARDIO ISN’T PRODUCTIVE
It’s actually fairly likely to make you feel negatively towards exercise
✅ GIVING UP WON’T GET YOU ANYWHERE
It’s easy to feel like “all is lost” or we’ve “ruined” our diet. But you really haven’t!

PICK YOURSELF UP
DUST YOURSELF OFF
AND GET BACK ON TRACK ?
