⭐ Today’s Topic // Food Binge? Here’s How to React

We ALL overeaten at times ???‍♂️ We’re only human, after all …

… and humans are biologically programmed to crave SUGAR, FAT and SALT – especially if we’re stressed or tired or, for women, during certain times of the month ?

What’s more, since motivation dwindles and willpower is of limited supply, we might well expect to fall head-first into a binge from time to time ?

The key question therefore, is …

… HOW SHOULD WE REACT? ?

If you’re like most people, you’re likely to ⬇️

❌ GIVE UP
❌ WALLOW IN GUILT
❌ STARVE YOURSELF
❌ PUNISH YOURSELF WITH CARDIO

But here’s a couple of things to consider ⬇️

 GUILT ISN’T PRODUCTIVE OR NECESSARY
There’s nothing to feel guilty about ? All you did was eat some food!

✅ BEING OVER-RESTRICTIVE CAN LEAD TO “BINGE-STARVE” CYCLES
The best way to break such cycles is NOT to over-restrict

✅ PUNISHING YOURSELF WITH CARDIO ISN’T PRODUCTIVE
It’s actually fairly likely to make you feel negatively towards exercise

✅ GIVING UP WON’T GET YOU ANYWHERE
It’s easy to feel like “all is lost” or we’ve “ruined” our diet. But you really haven’t!

 ⭐ THE HEADLINE ⭐
We all binge eat from time to time – it’s totally normal. The best response?

PICK YOURSELF UP
DUST YOURSELF OFF
AND GET BACK ON TRACK ?

And if you do that each time, you CANNOT mess this up! ?
