Having recently suffered a very painful slipped disk in my back (and been off coaching & training for a few months as a result ?) I’ve had to learn THIS the hard way ⬇️

Sure, I might specialise in fat loss & body shaping… BUT… one of the often-overlooked benefits of an effective strength-training programme is the prevention & relief of lower back pain. How? By building a solid core & strong glutes ?.
In fact, I think you’d be amazed at how firing-up your glutes can benefit the lower back. And, as anyone in the GymHIppie tribe will tell you, I place A LOT of emphasis on booty work ???
