They might get fast results, but they never last

For me, as a means to an end – e.g. an upcoming holiday – then – fine – a quick-fix might make sense, but don’t confuse it with a long-term solution. Don’t confuse it with lifestyle change

They come with no contingency plan: once the holiday is over, what happens then?

From my experience, old habits resume – the ones that caused the β€œproblem” in the first place!
