Short-Term Solution or Sustainable Lifestyle Change? 🤔

If you’re going on holiday in a month and want to lose 3kg, you’ll likely be SUPER motivated

We all know the story …

👍 We want to look our best in our holiday snaps
👍 We want to feel our best lying on the beach
👍 We want to fit comfortably into our holiday clothes

So we workout x6 a week & eat 1200 cals a day

The weight falls off

Great, right?

Well that depends…

If we put that 3kg straight back on again, that shows our health & fitness relies on motivation

It means we didn’t make any sustainable changes to our lifestyle

If you want to yo-yo up and down like this ⬆️ losing weight before an event and then putting it back again …

Cool, continue as you are!

However, if we want to lose weight and KEEP it off, then we need more than motivation

We need to make sustainable lifestyle changes

Changes that just become part of who we are, and how we live our normal day-to-day life

When we integrate habits & behaviours into our daily life, we don’t rely on motivation

We sustain our progress by design – on autopilot

No, this doesn’t happen overnight – it’s a process

But ditching short-tern solutions is the first step

If you need help laying the foundations for a lifetime of fat-loss success, I can help 💚

Stay awesome & keep going,

  1. Yes! This is me. I always make lots of extreme changes before my summer holiday each year. I lose weight but put it all back on when I return to “normal”. It’s so frustrating
