Yes, healthy foods are ALWAYS healthier 🤓

Yes, healthy foods DO usually contain fewer calories compared to junk food 👍🏻

But not always 🙅🏻‍♂️

Granola is a noteworthy exception 🚨

Don’t be mislead by the word healthy 🙏

Healthy tells us that a food is high in quality – i.e. it contains lots of vitamins & minerals etc …

It does NOT tell us that a food is low in calories ⚖️

If fat loss is our goal, my advice is to enjoy indulgences like granola in moderation …

… that is, occasionally, and not every day 😁
