What No One Tells You About Losing Weight 🙏

From my experience, consistently “good enough” ALWAYS beast inconsistently “perfect”

This isn’t me encouraging you to aim low or half-ass it

It’s my way of empowering you to…

1️⃣ Stop beating yourself up about that takeaway you had last week

It’s not going to make or break your progress.

Remember, you’re never more than one decision away from being right back on track

And just like no-one ever got muscly from one workout or skinny from one salad, no one ever got fat from one calorific meal

So, relax. Enjoy the indulgence! Then get back on track

After all, you’re not a robot, so stop comparing yourself to one 🤖

100% perfect is unrealistic & merely sets us up for failure 🤦🏻

2️⃣ Stop wasting your time waiting for the “perfect” opportunity

Because it’s never going to come. Seriously.

You’ll always be busy. You’ll always have other things to take care of. You’ll rarely (if ever) think you’re 100% ready to dive in head first and nail “perfection”

There will never be a “perfect” time. And there doesn’t need to be!

You just need to get started and get that ball rolling.

So, stop waiting. Go do it… now! 😉
